Can I use Dictawave for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes speaker labels and subtitle export. No card is required.
What do Pro and Business include?
Pro adds more monthly minutes, larger files, and more concurrent jobs. Business raises all three further. The comparison table above shows the exact numbers for each plan.
Are paid plans on sale now?
Paid plans are billed securely by Creem. Plans that are available show a Subscribe button above; any plan still marked Coming soon is not on sale yet.
How is the monthly quota counted?
For a paid plan, usage is summed from the start of the current billing period. If a subscription has no period start, the calendar month is used. Minutes are counted from finished transcription jobs.
What happens if I reach my monthly minutes?
New uploads and submissions pause until the next period or until you upgrade. Files you already uploaded are not deleted, so you can retry after upgrading.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Open Account and click Manage subscription to cancel in the Creem customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer refunds?
If a charge was made in error, contact support within 14 days. Creem handles receipts, taxes, and payment details.
Is my audio kept after transcription?
Uploads are processed to produce your transcript and are not retained for longer than needed. See the privacy page.
